Commercial License

1. This license is applicable to individuals, sole proprietors, and small businesses with revenue of less than $5,000/month. For businesses earning $5,000 - $10000/month in revenue(overall, not only from our models), you must be subscribed to the "Commercial+" tier for this license to be valid.This license is not valid for sellers on Platforms such as Temu, Aliexpress, Alibaba, Taobao, and other China-based e-commerce platforms.This license is not valid in Singapore, including regional shopping platforms that ship to Singapore such as Shopee and Lazada. Should you wish to sell on these platforms, you must disable shipping to Singapore.If your business is earning over $10000/month in revenue OR you wish to sell on one of the aforementioned platforms, please drop us a message.1.1 This license applies to all our models, including Patreon Exclusives, Limited models, and Free models on MakerWorld on other platforms. It remains valid for the duration of your subscription, and expires immediately upon cancellation of your subscription.1.2 This license grants you permission to use physical prints of all our models for commercial purposes during active membership. You must remain subscribed in order to keep selling prints of our models.1.3 You may not modify the geometry of the 3D models without obtaining explicit permission from Keyquake, except for adjusting the scale of the items. You are free to choose the materials and colors used to produce the 3D prints.1.4 You may not resell, repost, or re-distribute the 3D model files.1.5 This license is solely for 3D prints and excludes any form of casting, plastic molding, or mass market production without prior written approval from Licensor.1.6 You may not use our models in Kickstarter, Indiegogo or any other crowdfunding campaigns.


2. Attribution2.1 You must specify in your product listings that the model is a licensed design by Keyquake. Should you post on social media, you must credit us in the caption and/or add our logo to the post(as provided in the Keyquake Branding Kit). This will also help people identify you as an authorized seller of our models.2.2 The renders/photos included with the files are for reference only. Please refrain from using them.
